Key collection is done at our reception in a different location from the apartment. From Monday to Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. there will be someone waiting for you in the office so you can check in and make payments in person. From Monday to Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and on Sundays, we will do self-check online (Days prior to arrival) in this way, you can collect the keys in the key box at the reception. In the event that the corresponding SELF CHECK IN is not carried out and in-person intervention is necessary to check-in, between 30 and 50 EUR will be charged.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
