Check-in is free from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday. After 7:30 p.m. and on Sundays and holidays, there is a €30 charge payable when you pick up your keys.
Outside of these hours, we can only hand over the keys if you have completed the online check-in (otherwise it will be considered a no-show) and the total cost of the stay will be charged.
Please note that last-minute reservations may be subject to a delay in check-in of up to 2 hours (until 7:00 p.m.).
IMPORTANT: Check-in is free from Monday to Saturday between 17:00 and 19:30. After 19:30, as well as on Sundays and public holidays, a fee of €30 will be charged upon key collection.
Outside these hours, keys will only be handed over to guests who have completed the online check-in (otherwise, the reservation will be considered a no-show), and the total amount of the stay will be charged.
Please note that last-minute bookings may experience a delay of up to 2 hours for check-in (until 19:00).
Guests are required to present the credit card used to make the reservation upon arrival. If you are not the cardholder, please contact the property in advance.
