Security deposit required: by credit card or bank transfer before or upon arrival. Late arrivals: If arriving outside office hours, you must request instructions for online check-in and key collection from the secure key box at our office.

Final cleaning:
The rental price includes standard cleaning of the apartment after check-out, including changing the bed linen and towels and preparing the apartment for the next guest.
This does not include leaving the apartment excessively dirty or untidy, leavingdishes unwashed, failing to take out the rubbish, or moving furniture from its original position.
If the apartment is not left in a normal condition, a minimum charge of €30 for additional cleaning may be deducted from the security deposit.

Lost keys, remotes or cards:
The replacement cost may be deducted from the security deposit.

Failure to comply with the house rules may result in the partial or total loss of the security deposit. INFTOUR SPAIN S.L. reserves the right to deny admission or cancel the reservation with immediate effect in case of serious breach of the accommodation rules.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
